Founder and main partner of Quiroz & Asociados. With more than thirty years providing consulting services in the most diverse industries, he mainly advises companies on negotiations, controversies and economic litigation, analysis of the economic and regulatory environment with a strong quantitative emphasis, rate processes, competitive strategy and analysis of free competition, among others. He also provides advice on financial matters, including asset valuation, fair value calculation, capital raising, debt restructuring and M&A operations for medium-sized companies.

He is part of the board of directors of the Santiago Stock Exchange and is a permanent columnist for the El Mecurio newspaper. .

He is Ph.D. in Economics from Duke University (1991) and a Business Engineer from the University of Chile (1984).

He has extensive experience in applied economics and finance, in areas such as demand estimation, regulation and free competition, economic litigation and damage estimation, and social and private evaluation of projects, for various industries and companies, including telecommunications, infrastructure concessionaires roads and airports, aquaculture, real estate and construction, among others. br>
He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University (2014), a Master's in Financial Management from Adolfo Ibáñez University (2007) and a Business Engineer with a minor in Economics from the University of Chile (2001).

Partner of Quiroz & Asociados. He has participated in various advisory services on issues of competition, regulation, demand estimation, damage estimation, bankruptcy, capital raising and finance. In recent years, he has focused on advice related to the mining sector, participating in the design and start-up of a copper oxide project in the Antofagasta region.

He is a Business Engineer with a major in Economics from the University of Chile (2009) and a Master's in Economics with a major in Markets and Organizations from the Toulouse School of Economics, France (2016).

Among the sectors with which she has worked, the shipping and port, beverage and food, fishing and aquaculture, telecommunications, pharmacies and public works concessions,stand out.

She has a Master’s in Economics (2004) and the Commercial Engineering (1999) degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Associate of Quiroz & Asociados, he has more than 20 years of experience in financial and business consulting in multiple economic sectors, with emphasis on corporate finance and investment banking issues, developing advice on the valuation of companies and assets in general, restructuring corporate, capital raising, economic litigation and regulatory compliance among others.

In the field of tariff regulation, he has participated in various processes in the sanitation, telecommunications and gas industries in Chile, Brazil and Mexico as a specialist in capital cost rate issues. He has also worked in the public sector in matters of financial transparency. .

He is an Industrial Civil Engineer, Master in Business Administration (MBA) and Diploma in Management Control from the University of Chile.

He has accompanied several companies in their regulatory and tariff processes, especially sanitation companies and natural gas distributors. He has participated in the preparation of various reports on matters such as demand projection, regulatory analysis, competition, sectoral analysis and macroeconomic analysis.

In recent years, he has participated in consultancies related to energy transition, electricity market, green hydrogen, circular economy and investment evaluation of an international holding company. His participation in the preparation of the books "The role of natural gas in the energy transition. Chile 2020-2050" and "The Green Hydrogen Revolution in Magallanes", to be published, stand out.

He is Commercial Engineer with a mention in Economics from the University of Chile (2015).

Associate of Quiroz & Asociados. He joined the company in 2015, after finishing his university studies.

As a consultant, he has gained extensive experience advising utility companies, particularly water, gas distribution and electricity providers. He has accompanied several companies in their regulatory and tariff processes, especially sanitation companies and natural gas distributors. He has participated in asset sales processes, preparing market reports and demand projections.

He participated in the preparation of the books "The role of natural gas in the energy transition. Chile 2020-2050" and "The Green Hydrogen Revolution in Magallanes".

He has a Master’s in Economics of Energy and Climate Change from the Barcelona School of Economics (2023), a Master’s in Economic Analysis (2016) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics Science (2015)  both from the University of Chile.

He has a Master's degree in Engineering Sciences (2018) and is a Civil Industrial Engineer with a mention in Hydraulic Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2018).
